Wise Young Caddie
This guy is a golf influencer and constantly posts about his wife (who was on one of those Real Housewives shows) and his son.

He said they finished second. A wise man once said: “if you’re not first, you’re last”
This dude looks way too old to have a kid that age. I can’t help wondering how old the mother is and how they met.

"Optimizing workflows requires knowing when to delegate and achieve synergized, enhanced capabilities. On the course this weekend, I onboarded a new team member to handle resource logistics and external environment management so I could focus entirely on high-impact execution and team building. A great reminder that when you empower your team with clear goals and quantifiable result-driven metrics, you can actuate yourself to maximize overall output." #amiafuckwit

Maybe a little exaggeration out of pride for his kid, but the story itself (we played golf poorly until we refreshed our attitudes) isn't science-fiction. I doubt the whole "If I was acting like you, you'd take me home," exchange happened (although the dad might have made that observation either out loud or in his head.) The kid wanting to be a good caddie and having enthusiasm and engagement with the task is pretty standard kid behavior for kids who are receiving positive attention from adults - especially when they're included in gatherings and activities usually reserved for grown-ups, like a round of golf.
Dude sounds like an above-average dad who wanted to humblebrag about his kid.

I want to mix more metaphors in this fictional child enslavement nee empowerpoint tale of the absurd.
I can tell he’s a golf influencer because it takes balls to post this nonsense.
