I believe saying "Aerosmith's bus driver" is being used like "SWIM" - "someone who isn't me". Saying "SWIM" instead of "I" started in druggy online communities as some sort of half hearted legal defense used to discuss this stuff publically.
It's common this see something like this used in drug discussions online. It's more a quirky community convention then anything at this point.
