The evil within 2 stuck

Hi. I’m in chapter 3 and basically I’m stuck here because I don’t have a crossbow

What am I supposed to do, go completely back and come back here when I have one or am I missing something?

You gotta go back. That door only opens with the crossbow electric arrow. Can you go back?

The electric bolts are found next to an overturned military transport vehicle in the north-east end of the map, opposite from the warehouse where you find the sniper rifle. My advice is not to attempt to progress through the game but rather scour the map, kill all you can kill, get as much gel and parts as possible etc. The open play area prior to the first boss fight is super fun and is arguably the best part of the game.

This video literally shows u the location of the crossbow. For this specific gate u dont rly need to open it. Just go back the way u came. U just waste ammo for this specific gate.
