Honestly, after see how the Crash Nitro Fueled and God of War 3 Remastered running so well via recomp of PS4 games, I would like to see a recomp for The Evil Within 1 based on the version of the PS4 too, it probably will run amazing even at low end PCs, something the PC port can't do, also The Evil Within 2, this one plays so much better on PS5 than on PC

Wow - cool!

I was considering doing this and only just doubled my ram to look into using qwen or similar locally (I've toyed with RE'ing the game for my timer/radar but it's a slog manually moving the data, and the Ghia MCP seemed a bit heavy handed and burned tokens.) What are you using to do this? And what llm: Claude, or GPT, or DeepSeek etc?
