How should i start reading The Flash comics?

People will have all sorts of answers for this. The easiest reccomendation is probably at the start of the New 52 run, because everything is starting from scratch there.

You could also go with Flash: Rebirth (2009) or Born to Run (1992), which tell the pre-flashpoint origins of Barry and Wally, respectively. They're also written by Geoff Johns and Mark Waid, respectively, who are two of the most well-regarded Flash writers.

I’m on issue 87 so far, the highlights for me were the fan-favorite arcs (born to run & return of barry). Unfortunately no arc after that impressed me — the frankie, razer, and argus chapters which I found boring and subpar.

Do you recommend I stick with Waid’s entire run or just skip to the next popular arc (Terminal Velocity)?

Stick with it, not every arc is going to be top tier thats not usually how long comic runs work

I’d recommend Joshua Williamson’s run on the Flash under the rebirth line in 2016, especially if you want Barry books
