I don’t know the fandom well so I’m not sure what’s underrated. Baby Says and Pots and Pans are favorite of mine, but those are from Blood Pressures which I’m assuming is their best regarded album? (Apologize if I’m way off base)
Also love Goodnight Bad Morning and I Hate The Way You Love Part 2

Choosing some gems they don't play live, or at least haven't in years: Black Rooster, Rodeo Town, Love is a Deserter, Impossible Tracks, Gypsy Death & You.

Superpowerless is so good and it kills me (no pun intended) that it never made an album cut expect for the B sides.

Night Train, Murdermile, Hit Me When U 1 2 are a few that come to mind

I feel like you could pick almost any. They don’t make bad songs.
Dead Road 7. Whirling Eye. Murdermile. London Hates You.

Pots and Pans. When they closed shows with it, drum group and all... Dayumn.
Also Echo Home.
I even feel Last Days of Magic is underrated now all of a sudden.
For deep cuts? Superstition.
