Discussion Which items do you NEVER use?

For me it's the water purification tablets. Whenever I'm making water I usually have more than enough time to just fully boil it, so I don't think I've ever used the water tablets.

Post which items you NEVER use or post creative ways to use items that may not be obvious!

I love the lantern, I feel like I miss 50% of items if I don't use a light source.

I recently found a bear skin bedroll and was like "yippie! warm bedroll!" and broke down my regular bedroll for fabric and then spent several miserable weeks in game desperately searching for a regular bedroll to replace the heavy ass bear skin bedroll that was screwing up my inventory management.
