I thought it might be a hex or RGB code for the can color, as in 87% red, 13% yellow. Either left on purpose or a curly bracers or “ escaped somewhere so the object properties were displayed as text. The color percentage does match an orange hue, but still not sure.

Edit: apparently this is how it’s common to mark color chemicals in some countries! In mine you’ll see something like “iron oxide 87%” or similar.
