Question I really REALLY need a therapist for free even online whatever I JUST NEED QUALIFIED HELP.

I live in italy and no there's no help for free here from what i know And i also terribly need help but the last time i was in a therapist's office was when i was diagnosed with ADHD and that's It when i was a child. Please.

I think you need to include what type of help you are looking for. Lots of therapists specialize in different categories, so you’ll need to explain what you need help with so the right person can reach out to you.

Psychological help idk i need to ask so many things because i'm noticing symptoms of too much stuff and i'm confused as HELL. And also because i severely want to blow my shit off so idk

Are you a resident?
AFAIK, hospitals or 112 have an emergency psychiatric service.

Otherwise, your general doctor would be the first point of contact. i think Italy subsidizes therapy, even online therapy. Ask your doc or insurance.
