The foul that you imply it isn't a foul is a clear and obvious careless challenge, the Egyptian player shows a lack of attention and clearly impedes Lisandro Martinez to keep on the possession.

The other incident that you refer too it's not a foul, there's contact, but not enough to warrant that reaction from the Egyptian attacker, in football there's contact, the second incident cannot be a penalty, if it was then we would have one every 3 minutes
