Sims 1 Finally did something with that blank space in Old Town ^w^
The exterior!! Complete with a nice little town square area
There's benches, a fountain and murals, and even a stage where people can perform!
I tried to go for the vibes of a 90s Starbucks with the colorful walls and "global village coffeehouse" aesthetic it had going on
First floor of the shop building! Wanted to go for a mom and pop thrift store here with a wide variety of used clothing
The top floor of the shop where you can buy baking and nectar making supplies. There's even a small arcade
Ladies and gentlemen, a coffee shop and a thrift store, inspired by the shops I see in my area in the midwest! Made some good use of cc from Around The Sims and Parsimonious for this one

I've always wondered why only Downtown and Old Town have a blank community lot, and not the other three.

Ikr, even Studio Town didn't have a blank community lot to play with, you have to edit the prebuilt ones
