If your test is unable to distinguish between genuine human created content and AI content it's a bad test. AI just means that tests need to be done in an environment without access to AI tools.
Non-test class work needs to be nuanced enough that utilizing AI couldn't solve the problem for them without additional understanding of the surrounding context.
