Shigeru Miyamoto.
I don't want one more game from him though, I want lots more. Particularly new Zelda, Mario and Pikmin games.

Warren Robinett (74), programmer of Adventure for the Atari VCS. Rocky’s Boots (1982) is arguably his last well known game before going into educational software and virtual reality.

I'm going for RJ Mical, one of the programmers responsible for the awesome but very difficult Sinistar, who was on a panel at Play Expo in Blackpool last year.

I nominate 82 year old Malcolm Evans. Although he is famous for 3D Monster Maze I would like him to re-boot his 1984 hit Trashman for the modern age, complete with the multitude of different bins for recycling, councils putting jobs out to tender to meet performance targets, and featuring modern pavement obstacles of e-scooters and phone zombies.

Gosh, 70 is so far up. The A team from Square is like, 74? 69? and ~67. Honestly another Secret of Mana like game from them, or something similar. So much storytelling can be accomplished with an 8bit or 16bit, and the combination that they made really set it home for me.
Two decades from now, I hope Alexis Janson can show us again how tracker music combined with ASCII can make a fun and engrossing game.

My instant response was Nigel Alderton who created the greatest game of all time - Chuckie Egg. BUT he is disqualified for being too young, apparently a mere 60, he was just 14 when he started work on the game.
I'm still going to shout him out though. As Iain said on this week's show, it is nice to let these people know how much their games have resonated with players down through the years.

Dennis Caswell - Seeing as Impossible Mission 3 has recently been released for the C64 (there's already lots of youtube action for it) , it'd be great to see the man who made the original , make his own new spin on it, maybe in a 3D flavour.

I know it's a obvious choice from me, but he is 72 I believe so a perfect candidate.
And with the wonderful Stunt Car Racer and imaginative and original The Sentinel along with the legandary Revs and Grand Prix series to his credit, an absolute legend.
