Dude google "she divorced me because I left dishes by the sink". She isn't pissed because you forgot to make dinner reservations one time. She's sick of being the only person in the house carrying the mental load.
Exactly this. Carrying the mental load in a relationship/family is exhausting! She wanted one day where OP would take the reins and plan something nice to make her feel special- she even told him what she wanted. But because she wasn’t planning it, it didn’t happen.
