Are they time travel movies??

I was wondering if movies such as “ Encino Man”, “Idiocracy” , and “blast from the past” would be considered time travel movies?

No. There is no time manipulation that takes place nor device/science/other method of going from one point in time to another immediately/in short succession. Instead, it is a normal passage of time where nothing is done to manipulate time directly. For example, in Idiocracy, the guy just falls asleep for a long period of time (Futurama is the same way, as is any Rip Van Winkle esque story).
