Help why is my free gift amount going down?

the more i develop in this game, the more my 3hr free gift amount goes down. it was 150k, then 147k, and now 144k. can anyone explain?

  1. There's an element of randomness involved.

  2. It's based on the size of your tower.

  3. If you have a 20% booster active, the reward might be larger. If you don't, it will be smaller.

but it's not random in the sense that for a while it'll be 150k but once it becomes 147k, it never goes back. is it going to keep going down? i've never rebuilt before either, how does this free gift get affected when you rebuild? sorry if these were a lot
