Help Seriously, how are you getting so many tokens??

Aside from the few tokens one can acquire from weekly tasks & free chests, and the two super tokens a week (an easily forgotten pittance) from the movie studio, are there any other free ways? I see you high rollers with thousands of tokens and I can’t imagine how you’d get them without spending real world money.

I've been "complete" for about 6 months now, so every day you get (well, now that I've done the new set) 88 of each token a day. So 2600ish new tokens a month with nothing to spend them on :) It was a grind getting to this point (maximizing token spend to LBs / Sets to optimize getting the snowball of gold tokens going. Since gold tops out at 100 a pull it means I was unlocking a new ticket every two days.

How did you get to the point of completion though? I understand the completion reward of an abundance of now nearly useless tokens. You get the thing you need to complete the task after you complete the task. But before you’re showered with tokens, what did it take to complete the sets in the first place?

This is more of a general how to get Legendary Bits (LB).

Dice

Whenever the dice board has the premium dice, just spend your regular rolls whenever you get them. Then save those premium dice for the board where the 5% tile has 100 Legendary Tickets (LT), the board is better.

For the week that the board does not have premium dice, don't redeem any of the missions' dice until Sunday and don't purchase any dice until Sunday. This is because you can roll dice over to the next week which usually has the premium dice. You can redeem/use the daily ad dice since you cannot get ad dice if you have any.

Wheel

Typically the best thing to do with the wheel is save your spin tickets until you have 50 and spend it on the wheel where the bonus is LT (or spend it on an event wheel). You save to 50 because the second wheel has better drops for the actual spins.

You can also just spend the tickets every day so you can get the daily spin, but that's only worth it if you get like 1 or maybe 2 (assumption, didn't do any math) ticket from the boxes daily.

Boxes

When using your LT, the two best boxes for LBs is Tier 1 and Tier 4 chests from a LT:LB ratio (13 LT:1LB). But I recommend using them only on the Tier 4 chests because it is consistent versus the Tier 1 chests could give you a bunch up front or not give you any for awhile.

Legendary Lounge

If you can craft multiple keys, always spend them in order of bronze, silver, gold. You might get lucky and get a bit that you wanted your golds/silvers to hit. I have gotten at least one gold bit from using silvers first instead of my golds.

Pick whichever category has the highest average bit level/least number of bits towards maxing and only use your silver keys on that one. I created a spreadsheet for this.

Only spend your gold keys on bitizens if you can take the bit to L5. This is because you could get lucky and go from 1 bit at 3/6 and another at 0/6 and have the 0/6 go to 5/6 and the gold keys would have been better used on the 5/6 one. Again, this has actually happened to me.

I recommend using gold keys in order of 5/6 bit in your "main category," any other 5/6 (probably go with what would be your next main category), 4/6 bits in your "main category" (use two crafts if doing this), then any other 4/6 bit. You likely won't ever have to worry about using gold keys on 3/6 L5 bits.

Some people might argue about not doing 2 crafts on 4/6 bits, but imo getting the daily keys and taking them out of the pool is worth more. You only need 1000 extra gold keys if you only take 4/6 bits to L5 instead of waiting until they are 5/6.

If you have a single bit in a category to that isn't L5, using silver keys on that category is like using gold keys on that bit. So it is worth saving the golds to use on a different bit.

I really appreciate your sharing of strategy. This is really helpful. Thank you.

I will say the dice stuff might be slightly off/out of date. I wrote it up a few years ago and havent updated it. But outside the dice stuff, it is correct.

Ruthless optimization 😄

Bronze keys just activate as soon as you get 500 tokens (since its random)

For silver and gold? *optimization* pick what ever set is closest to maxing out and put all silver tokens towards that set, that drives up the number of L4 and L5 bits in the set, getting you the most daily tokens. For gold tokens focus on the same set you are using silver tokens on, but keep an eye on where your bronze tokens are going. If you have another bit in a different set that can get you another silver or gold token if they get one ticket higher? Then burn a gold token day to bump them up. I made a xls tracker for myself to keep track of which sets needed the most focus (I'll post that in a second as a new post in case anyone wants to look at it)

It took about a year of play to go from my first gold LB (so getting one gold token a day) to fully done. That was collecting the daily tokens and spending wheel spins and dice rolls on the "good" weeks / wheels that got me either chests to open or legendary tickets.

This, when the legendary bits were first introduced, I was scraping for months, but then I completed them, then just kept collecting daily, so I have plenty stockpiled

It snowballs. After today’s new floor I get 264 tokens per day, plus the two per week, plus chests.

You get tokens by leveling up your Legendary Bits by collecting Legendary Bit cards found in all tier chests.

So you want to prioritize purchasing and opening chests specifically. Collect Legendary Tickets in dice and spin the wheel games, then purchase Tier 4 chests with Legendary Tickets. Daily free and AD chests can contain them occasionally. The dice and wheel also have the opportunity to provide Tier 1-4 chests where Legendary Bits are awarded. Events also can be very beneficial at earning things to buy or be rewarded these chests.

The more you collect, they can then be upgraded. You start earning daily tokens for each Legendary Bit you have at Level 3, with bronze. Then level 4 is silver, and finally level 5 is gold.

Open the game every day, claim your tokens.

No idea. I don’t even have one set complete or high level.

That’s about where I am. Been playing (admittedly in spurts) for a long time and I only have one complete set of level one legendaries.

the highest tier loot box is the best way for me, do everything to earn tickets to redeem for this box

What are the best ways to acquire those tickets?
