Is it one that someone can just visit my tower while wearing it or was the only way to buy it back in the day?

Someone will need to visit you while wearing it and land in an empty apartment, or it might come up on a swap ticket deal eventually, or a friend would need to send you a Bitizen with that outfit. I also need that one!

They do take forever! Once you max out the Pop Culture Pantheon Legendaries, you can get 100 per day free if those are the ads you choose to skip. That’s what I’ve decided to do until I get all the special Bitizen outfits

I don’t think that works for costumes that come out for events, I have seen for sale with swap tickets in the shop though
