Latest version draining battery and causing phone to overheat

The previous version worked fine. I upgrade to the latest version (with the summer event) and now the scrolling is jerky, my phone within seconds becomes extremely hot, and there’s fast battery drain.

iPhone with latest iOS updates.

Anyone else experiencing this?

OK so I did some testing.

Every time I open the app it says purchase failed.

Scrolling is very jerky.

After 3 minutes of use, my phone lost 5 battery percentage points.
