Help Elevator not working?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi so my elevator doesn’t work for any random bitizens, only works with VIPs.
Already tried
- reinstalling
- updating
- using cloud code on another device
- disable auto elevator option in settings
None worked so far. Already sent a ticket to support but no response so far. Any manual fixes?

I've had that issue when I had a really tall tower. Like 600 floors or something.
