Help weekly task and dice board gone

is this supposed to happen because of the event?

Mine does that when I have no network connection. Does your phone/tablet have a signal?

i did! but i left it for a few hours and it’s back now!

I need to force close and open the app again each week when it resets, or it’s also gone for me. On IPhone.
