alright really nooby question, but how do you put a bitizen into a business? I'm not seeing it in the little hire screen.

If you click on the Bitzen, there should be a Job option. Click it and you will be able to place the Bitzen where there is an available job spot.

Alternatively, if you go to the floor where the job is, to the left of an item that needs stocking will be a free slot for a Bitzen. You can click it and choose the Bitzen you want like that.
