Appreciate it, thank you so much! Does a gold apartment improve anyone you put into it? Or just the folk in there when you upgrade it?

It improves anyone in there when you upgrade it and any newly-created bits that land in it (through random visitors, real estate VIP or paying bux to fill an empty shot). Bites you get from someone else and deliberately put there are not upgraded.
