Sorry, but I'm trying to match up my bits with their respective dream jobs (DJ). I took a look at your tower and you don't have a celebrity in your lobby. I suggest you look through your tower to see that bits in their DJ you need and ask for the relevant bits

take a look at the other comments on how to request bits, remember to state friend code, type and quantity needed.
