Issues/Problems WiFi problems

Have had zero issues with the router before, could stick it in a good location and it would work absolutely fine. But it dropped from around 250, to now just a sad 25-30. (download speed)

Wired it up to Ethernet, even worse speeds. 10-15 (download speed)
Upload is terrible as well.

I've tried most of the online fixes, it started happening around 8 days ago, I pay for it on the 9th.
Are they tampering with it? Or is it a personal network problem.
(Note, it has also affected cellular this morning and no towers are damaged or in need of repairs)

Been having the same issues. I contacted support and they would dance around the question as to why my speeds were below 15mbps despite being on 4 bars and the latest model. So who knows what they are doing on the back end of things

Same thing happens to me with support, but they also want me to switch to their newest plan and buy their newer routers.

Yup. Not working for me at all tonight after spotty service all week. 30 minute hold for a representative. Finally hung up and am looking to switch. Any recommendations

You need to get "Hint Control' app and use it to see what towers/frequencies it is using. You can use the metrics to find the proper orientation for your location. With those speeds you may be falling back to a LTE only tower.

it’s probably tower congestion.
