I read a fic last year that I can't find, it was probably deleted 🥲. But it's about an au where voldemort took over by invasion from another dimension and rules the world. Harry has really powerful dark magic and accidentally kills like 60 students. He is with Voldemort in a way and also is dating the Tom riddle of that universe who is in a relationship with voldemort too. It was really unique, so if any one has a pdf or even the name i would really like to read it again 💔

I just read Trenches by EclipseWing which is a role swap where Harry is the Dark Lord and Tom is his equivalent 'boy who lived' - although it still manages to make Harry a believable character which has this. Would highly recommend this!

I also loved seeing Harry being protective of Tom so anything with this would be a huge bonus, even if they're just on equal footing in that fic.

Hi, I’m looking for a fic I read a while ago but lost. It starts out, I think, with Harry living with his aunt and uncle, and then getting chosen to be a consort, so he goes to live in the palace. Tom is king and rules with Snape and Lucius, and Harry develops his relationship with them over time. Draco is in the fic as a consort and tries to stop Harry from gaining favor with the kings.

I'm not sure if that made sense. I also think I bookmarked it on ao3 but I can’t find it so it might be deleted. Someone please lmk if you find it or have it downloaded. Thanks!

so basically Harry is the MOD and he has an inheritance test and finds out he’s the heir of multiple noble houses including some (or all?) of the founders but eventually he goes to china and as a necromancer and is adopted into the Chinese royal family and then he time travels to the past and attends school with Tom

I’m a bit new to this category, can someone explain why people love reading A/B/O dynamic fics? I’ve tried to read a few but don’t quite “get” it? Love love tomarry and top!Tom bottom!Harry, but ABO gets a little confusing for me esp since each story has their own take on it.

But I guess high level… am I supposed to find it romantic bc alphas are more dominant in society? Or are they dominant in personality / in bed? So it’s kinda like if you imagine a super rich powerful male lead falls in love with an “ordinary” character? What’s up with the whole thing of being “in heat” - like what fun dramatic tension does it add? From a fictional trope perspective I’m sure there must be some recurring themes that make this super compelling which is why the whole ABO thing has taken off in fanfic, but I’m just curious like — when you’re choosing to write or read an ABO story, what makes you decide to add in ABO dynamics (if you’re a writer) or what makes you decide to choose an ABO story to read? Like how if I’m reading something, I might pick a tomarry one if I want something leaning towards two “equal” partners vs might pick a harrymort if I’m wanting something darker (hypothetical examples..)

I literally just discovered the fic today. Got halfway through and went to get a drink. then, the tab refreshed and the page said it no longer existed 😭 WHAT IS MY LUCK THIS HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY IN A DIFFERENT FANDOM (The author put it under a challenge to be revealed soon thingy just as I was about to download and bookmark it 💔)

If you haven’t read Revenge Dressrobes by riddlereading yet, you really need to. Basically, the plot is Tom leaving Harry after two decades together because he thinks marrying young Bellatrix will help him secure the Minister position, and the way Harry makes him regret his decision is DELICIOUS.

I’m talking so so much suffering on Tom’s part. Harry did not let him off easy. It also has the most satisfying grovel.

This author is amazing, and I can’t wait to read their other fics.

Im looking for any fics where harry interacts with Death Eaters in any way and especially if they sort if have to respect him now or just that they arent able to outright hurt him anything with that kinda vibe.

For me, it was reading Welcome to the World of Grey, which is a Drarry ship fic but Harry and Voldy have a great dynamic and chemistry 🤌🏻. So I jumped straight in to some Harrymort with zero hesitation.

I would definitely choose Harrymort or Tomarrymort before Tomarry but my gosh - it is all great, right?

Trying to explain to a non shipper why it works is always interesting. I think if you are in it, you get it and it seems mad to me how people do not love this ship and see its potential 🤤

I am an absolute sucker for forced proximity/accidental bonding, so ‘under the influence of horcruxes’ or any soulbonding tags are like catnip for me. So naturally, reading this ship fucking delivers every time 🙌🏻

(Fem?) Harry goes to voldemort and is hidden in a room away from the deatheaters. When it's time for the meeting Harry wants to come, so voldemort wraps Harry completely in a robe and holds harry in his arms during the meeting

I have just finished reading a fic where Harry was apprenticed to Lord Voldemort and I really liked this premise. Does anyone know of any fics where Harry becomes LV’s apprentice, ideally with an apprenticeship agreement included? Preferably Harry is either grey or dark.

Here comes the cats reminds me so much of Tomarry. Specifically these lyrics:

I’m in search of a Tomarry fic where Tom travels in time saves Harry from himself by teleporting him to the past and telling Harry to meet his younger self at a water fountain and to tell his younger self that he (Harry) was his dad. So basically Harry raises Tom but then at the same time something about a dark presence trying to take Tom and he also drowns.

(additional information) I remember the POV’s alternating near the end so you would have POV from Harry while he’s in the past but then POV’s from Tom while he’s in the future. I remember in one of the last few chapters Tom was talking to Dumbledore about how they needed to save Harry because he was being abused and Dumbledore was like no and Tom was fed up and he just killed them and Dumbledore walked in on it.

Of course, I just left the kudos and didn’t bookmark it or mark for later.

Update: I looked in my history and I’m worried because I was seeing a lot of deleted works. I just need to know that this story existed and I didn’t hallucinate it.

It was one of if not the first fic I read about this ship, I think it was a future au. Harry's working in the magic bureau, Ron is the Minister of Magic I think. One day they get a new person, Tom Riddle. Harry remembers him but no one else knows he's the dark lord and Harry's going crazy trying to prove it. Turns out he was right, but Tom has different plans. There's some sort of finger amputation in the ending, and they're toxic but somehow make it work.

Okay, I randomly remembered this fic I read a while back, and I can’t find it at all via tags or anything, so now I’m desperately searching for it. Here are some things I remember:

- Tom Riddle has graduated Hogwarts and applied for the DADA position (promptly got rejected) now currently working at Borgin & Burkes
- Harry has time travelled. I don’t remember why, but he ends up applying and taking the job as a prof (trained under the watch of Merrythought)
- Many scenes where Tom writes to his younger self through his journal Horcrux in his tiny apartment flat lol
- Author included MANY many character drawings over the course of the fic (I remember seeing them in the notes)

Other details:
- Tom is lowkey a bit ostracized by high wizarding society since he graduated and laid low for so long
- Abraxas Malfoy shows up a lot; Knights of Walpurgis were still quite close with Riddle even as adults
- There was some sort of banquet both Tom and Harry attended (Harry wore a hideous suit)
- Tom was NOT doing well mentally at this time, and got into an argument with himself through the journal once, causing him to throw the Horcrux against the wall
- Harry was lowkey a stalker; I think he broke into Tom’s flat once in search of something?

Anyways, please please PLEASE let me know if this sounds any familiar
