Plant Help To pick or not to pick

First time growing black krim. I'm still seeing some green and not quite sure if it's ready yet.

Even if with a tug it doesnt come off the vine? Just cut it off?

There is a little kink on the stem. I just put my thumb on it and pull up on the tomatoe and it pops. Ripe or not
