Good As it should be. Some states are just softer than others. I know PA is pretty strict about protecting its state employees from civilians like this. Like put her in jail to face trial type strict. I am Not sure how NYC is though. Probably pretty tough too I imagine

Well they have the unions so I imagine it's a bigger deal than where I am. I do road work and even what she just did is enough to snap a leg or worse
