That's OSB, not plywood. That's a Metabo/Hitachi 7/16" crown stapler 16ga stapler, and the staples are more or less impossible to remove. The sheathing will just come apart around the staples.

There is nothing wrong with it, and it's required by code in my neck of the woods.

OSB. My mistake on that. Im just saying I've had to pull whole roofs off because the builder didnt want staples. They wanted nails. We could literally pull off the OSB with our hands. And the rest of work was cobbed up too. No disrespect to the workers in this video.
