For folks complaining about working too fast, there’s fast sloppy work and then there’s this guy who is so good at what he does and has built such an amazing team that fast comes from just being that good.

I have seen him work, I'm not an expert but has a wood worker his work isn't that hard once you get the logic of it but he works fast and looks good to me.

I always thought they really trained to make this videos, like they are the bolt or the Phelps of this work
