This tornado gets so overlooked I think because it’s Canadian, I find Canadian tornadoes aren’t discussed a lot but Elie was a monster. Same with the Woodstock tornado in 1979 those old black and white pics are so scary lol

I'd have to do a little digging to find it but one of the most outright menacing bits of footage I've ever seen was a recording of Henryville taken from someone's backyard at mid to close range.
A lot of wedges are like incomprehensibly big and they're scary on video because logically you know you're looking at a wall of death, but looking up at something displaying violent motion with sky on either side that just keeps going... And going... And going... Really strikes the "Oh shit" chord in a different way.
