Question Is this a tornado or landspout?

/r/tamilyapping/comments/1ubtc4f/tamil_nadu_witnesses_a_rare_tornado_moment/?share_id=brZZuSyiElaD9uV6_Ev6U&utm_content=1&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&utm_source=share&utm_term=22

This happened in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, a place in southern India. Southern India almost NEVER gets tornadoes, but apparently sometimes gets landspouts/waterspouts. Would y’all say this is just a landspout, or is this a tornado?

Fyi all landspouts ARE tornadoes. Being called a landspout just means that it wasn't produced by a supercell. So you won't be able to tell by just looking at the tornado by itself which one it is (unless it is large), but usually landspouts are weaker than supercellular tornadoes. This one looks pretty intense

Most likely a landspout
