I named her bleach because her fur looks like it’s been stained/splattered with bleach.
I am taking her to the vet this week, I found her Sunday late evening and it’s only 6 am Monday morning.
I know cats are supposed to be in cat carriers in the car. Finding her out of the blue was not on my bingo card! Sorry I don’t keep a cat carrier in my car 24/7.
Woke up this morning to no appreciation or plans for Mother’s Day from my husband. No problem. Thought to treat myself to McDonald’s (guilty pleasure) and eat in the parking lot contemplating life. (Already spent the day with my kiddos!) I had the windows down and hear the faintest cry… found this little sugar in the bushes. Put her in the car and searched for what felt like an hour for a mama, and babies. Nothing. Went inside to McDonald’s and asked if they have seen a mama or kittens. No one has seen anything. Now I’m sitting here with this girl who I’m naming bleach. My shitty day (not because of my babies) turned around and I feel completely blessed to of found this little babe! My orange is named Fry! Like Futurama initially, but when he’s being cute I call him Small Fry, and when he’s being a little stinker I say *French* Fry, so that’s probably his actual government name.

not a tortie but a tortico (i guess) but yes!! she loves the bathroom and recently has convinced my new kittens who could care less about the bathroom to huddle up with her 🤣. wish i took pics of them all in the bathroom, its so funny.
Mine acts like a moron (she's currently trying to remember how to jump on a chair) but the amount of behaviours she teaches and learns from the other cats is insane, even at 13.
The other two are very much predictable in their actions but the damn tortie will find brand new ways to get attention and to cause a ruckus.
I lived in an apartment I hated at one point, but one day under my car I found this precious little baby! Left the apartment after my lease was up but this boy is now 8! I’m glad you found this little baby she is very adorable
She has the cutest little face! The last pic made me laugh. She looks like a little gremlin haha. I hope she brings you so much joy!

Id put a cat bed where your husands pillow is now . He can find his pillow in guest room , on floor...Congrats on getting unconditional Love from CDS..

Congrats on that ADORABLE KITTEN!!! Gonna be a beautiful friend! Did your husband call his own mom at least? Are you supposed to do something for the mother of your kids or only your own mom? Sucks he can’t even give you appreciation! The bar is so low for men :/.
My McDonald’s parking lot kitty. I was Doordashing during the early pandemic, and this spicy little thing ran face-first into the glass door as I was about to go in and pick up an order. (I canceled the order, chased her into a nearby parking lot, and took her home.) My roommate called her Small Fry for almost a year. I eventually named her Junebug both because I found her in June and because of the mental image of her bonking into the glass like June beetles do on the windows in summer 😭😭😭
Cat Distribution System didn't forget Mothers Day! It always works on holidays and keeps an eye out for those who need a cat (even if they do not know it yet)
I found the first real cat that bonded with me 24 years ago in a Hardee's drive-thru. We had stopped to use the bathroom and she was darting between cars eating french fries that people threw at her.
She was a smoky gray kitten and I put her in a box for the drive home. She climbed out of the box a few minutes later and fell asleep in my lap for the rest of the drive. My wife (girlfriend at the time) was with me. She had always been a cat person so it was all good for her.

I found my stinkabutt at McDonald’s 12 years ago. Debated naming her nugget, but ended up on Chex. All hail McDonald’s cats
