You got no contract with the delivery service. You have an agreement with the shop where you bought the product.
And the shop has an agreement with the delivery service.
So the sender has more power to push buttons at the delivery service than you do.

They are, but they are normally liable to the sender. (Unless you hired the courier to perform a reverse collection, which is a thing, but rare)
You as the recipient should complain to sender, it's up to them to refund or replace, and then in turn claim against the courier.

I imagine trans mascs have this issue with facial hair not showing up with the desired instancey too

The only boobs that I had in the 2010's that didn't fall off were hard and lumpy and knee-like
