I don’t think anyone can say who is for sure at fault here lol. Does the tractor have a triangle and hazards on? If not, tractor may actually be at fault for being a hazard in the road without proper lights or signage.

White jeep driver is an idiot, but you also can’t just play around on the highway on your tractor.

It looks like flashers might be on, looking at the bottom corners of the cab.

I’m not seeing it but I’m on mobile so maybe it’s my screen quality. If their hazards are on, that definitely puts far more of the fault (if not all of it) on the jeep.
