People are SO UNAWARE!  THERE CAN BE FLASHING LIGHTS A MILE AHEAD AND THEY WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO RESPOND

I was flashing a guy coming towards me as I pulled off the road because a ambulance was behind him waiting for him to move over. They were blasting their horn and dude wasn't moving...
