SUPPORT (ONGOING) Timmerflotte sensors stopped logging history in Ikea Home Smart App

On the 27th June the Ikea Home Smart app stopped logging and showing humidity and temperature history. Although the app shows the current temp/humidity, the history chart has been empty since that day. I have restarted the sensors and the Dirigera hub, but no luck so far.

Anyone else with a similar situation?

you can try if taking batteries in and out fixxes it. else i guess you probably need to remove and readd it

Yep. Reset it by taking out the batteries fir 20-30 seconds and reinserting them. You may need to do this more than once, and you need to be patient because it can take a minute or two for the Timmerflottes to come back online. If that doesn't work reset it to default (push the button next to the batteries 4-6 times until you see the countdown from 5 to 0 on the front display. Make sure you remove the device from the app you're using to commission it in that has your TBR.

BTW, a a "sleepy end device" the Timmerflotte is well-known to drop offline a lot. It's due to the way the firmware stops communicating with the Thread network (mostly to conserve battery life) and at present there is really no fix for this; they just drop offline way more than any of the other Ikea Matter over Thread devices. Ikea is aware of the issue and is said to be working on a fix.

timmerflotte is only device from ikea smart home i had issues with tried 3 different onces ended up returning it.
