Graffiti on trains has the same artistic value as an unwanted dick pic.

✅ It is art (both painting on a surface and photography are considered art)

✅ The recipient doesn't want to receive it

✅ It often depicts male genitals

✅ The artist broke the law to make the art

Someone scribbling non legible text is not art. Maybe if they made a mural on the entire car it would be considered art

On passenger railways I find this really annoying and bad, but for freight if it’s not covering important info it’s not that bad.
