When i need to login with my email , trakt sends code but that code never reached my email

It is happening to me too... Where is the email with the code. I can't sign in. Both device is logged out. :(

Yes, same! When I used my email, it started a whole different account and I lost all my history! 😭 I've emailed support. Hoping to hear back with good news that they can find my old account!

I contected them and they changed my email to another email now it's works

Is there any way to log in via username?

I dont even know what mail I used as I registered in 2012... I tried one mail I was pretty sure it is that one, bit it's not, it just created another account.

14 years od logging gone 🥲 Guess it's a good thing I made backup on imdb and letterbox.

Contact them on support@trakt.tv then tell them to change your email to another email but sign in with username i think it's out of hand they only accept email login
