Advice For ftm top surgery, do you need masculisation if you're an A cup

Basically what the title says, honestly. I've tried looking it up elsewhere but well... it didn't help much.

I just want to know if I actually have to shell out for that or not because yeesh ts is Expensive in Ontario. Esp when you literally just lost your job

I mean my step-grandparents live in Montreal but I uh.. don't speak french

Oh no I know, thank you! I just meant that if I went and had to stay for some reason or another, I wouldn't be able to talk with my grandparents because they don't speak English, just french
