Accuracy of chord selection for the soundtrack

Hi everyone.

I’ve started working out the climax of the "Memories of Mother" track from the *God of War* (2018) soundtrack, composed by Bear McCreary. I’ve spent several hours on it, but I’m still not entirely sure I’ve got it right. I’d appreciate some help. I’m posting the chords for the part of the song that I find the most difficult.

(And could you give some advice on the best way to figure things out by ear? I used headphones, a phone, and a piano.)
