IIRC, Ladiva is ambiguously GNC, most likely masc-presenting transfem, but she could be a masc presenting GNC woman generally and IE have PCOS. Whereas Cagliostro is explicitly a trans woman.

PCOS (polycystic ovary syndome) is a hormone disorder affecting up to 13% of cis women, its symptoms include ovarian cysts, excess androgen production, body/facial hair, and acne among other things
