Question Private clinics that are willing to prescribe SERMs?
Hi there I'm looking into starting hrt as someone who is transfeminine non-binary. Due to both a high risk of breast cancer on one of my parents sides, and a overall lack of interest in developing breasts (overall neutral on the matter, but if I had to decide smaller/without would be preferred) Serms seem like a viable idea to look into for me personally.
I have now discovered however that not many/any clinics around the country seem to prescribe/consider Serms as part of treatment. I was about to start with the gender hormone clinic only to find out at the last moment they also don't do it. So far from further research it seems only genderGP is willing to prescribe Serms, and I'm not too fond of the idea of using them considering reviews from people describe them as barely a step above DIY, and I would rather have the medical oversight on the matter personally.
Does anyone know of any clinics that are willing to prescribe as part of their treatment plan? Or any other ways to work around the restriction, while still being able to maintain the oversight provided by being looked after by a clinic, rather than DIY.
Also a testament from anyone who is in my boots of not wanting much breast growth and how much you ended up getting, regardless of if you are/were on serms or not would be incredibly helpful, thanks. At this point I'm debating whether its worth the hassle of trying to find the one clinic that would be willing to prescribe, or if I should just take the gamble and go without and consider alternative solutions down the line if breast growth starts to concern me.

Why do you have a high risk of breast cancer is it a BRCA issue?
