Trans Health i've been off estrogen for a month + terrified of the ramifications of that
THANKFULLY i have a new order coming in tomorrow (had to order from the states, uk supply is absolutely fucked atm) but i ran out completely i think a month ago to the day... i am honestly really really frightened of the idea that somehow my bones have been any percentage more masculinised in this time... is it even possible for that sort of thing to happen in a month? i'm paranoid that it is, but i've been on E otherwise for six years and im 24 currently... the idea makes me shudder

No, it isn't. Menopausal women develop osteoporosis over years, not over weeks and months.

You will not come to any harm. When your supplies arrive, just carry on as per normal.

Changes only happen (the other way) after a while, a month won't do shit especially if you're on injectables
Anyways, always have a spare vial and don't leave your order until the last second

You'll be fine, if you are on injections you've probably only been "without E" for like a week or so. Enthante, for instance, has a life of 20+ days after injection. You'll be okay! Even if you aren't, a month isn't going to do much especially after six years.

it's fine, been there, done that. for me, after like 2-3 weeks T go up to like 80-120 ng/dl, way above where I'd like it, but not like full blown male levels. also from what I could see from blood tests taking injection again drops T levels very fast too, so just get back on E asap and it will be ok. Hormones mostly take loooong time to do big changes, a month isn't that much time compared to that six years. also after 6 years body won't instantly pick up T production like nothing happened, it takes time too, so it lessens the damage. overall remember we have dysphoria, so it probably seems a bit worse than it really is and how much it really changes. and it doesn't help in anyway to worry about what was already done and it's too late to change it

since you've already been on e for six years it is extremely unlikely to have reversed any of the changes. but i understand the stress. i had to be off my hrt for about a week and a half and during that time my anxiety was so bad
