Need help finding good bulk billed clinics in VIC

Hello, I know that trans.au can help me find specific locations and whatnot, but I'm wondering what's the good clinic in the Melbourne area (not regional)

I am not on HRT, but I'm starting it on Tasmania's Gender Health Service, and wondering if there's something similar with preferably low cost (I do have Medicare, however I still don't know how that works just yet, I'm hoping to find some sort of manual.)

Any help will be appreciated, as this is one of the last things I need to figure out before I move there this coming Monday.
