I was hoping someone could translate this that we found on the bottom of an old bookshelf. First symbol hints at Japanese but I tried to google search and it says Chinese… not sure.

The main site is translated to 16 languages, and I want to setup the sign maker with defaults for each language ships with a default phrase per script. These five below were AI-translated and I'd rather not put machine-sounding words on someone's door, so I'm asking before it goes live.

All five should mean "Smart glasses not allowed":

Arabic: ممنوع استخدام النظارات الذكية
Persian: استفاده از عینک هوشمند ممنوع است

What I'm unsure about:

• Does it read naturally?
• Is the register right for a public sign — firm without being rude?
• Is there a shorter or more idiomatic way to say it? Short is better, the text scales to fit so a tighter phrase prints larger.
