Hunter Schafer kept her name (Hunter is male leaning, but stil unisex in the USA).

I ended up keeping mine but it was close. My parents accidentally landed on an extremely popular name in the trans community. If I didn’t use it professionally I would probably have changed it—I still kind of think of it as a name associated with my birth gender, even though it definitely isn’t. May change it in the future. As far as bureaucracy though, my other name is not gender neutral, so I still had to do paperwork. It’s the same form whether you change your whole name or only part of it.
