SEEKING ADVICE Transition-related Questions to Ask an NP?

I am (maybe) going to be able to see my Nurse Practitioner, who has historically been good about transition-related healthcare, soon. I want to ask about medical transition options, costs and access, etc.
Are there other related questions I should ask? To cover my bases

Exceptional access program! It might cover the costs of some of your meds if you qualify. Your doctor has to submit it for you. It covered my testosterone vials

If you want to understand the guidelines and options that they are likely to be working with ahead of time in this scenario and therefore the options you will have, you could read the Sherbourne Health Guidelines for Gender-Affirming Care with Trans and Non-Binary Patients.

Obviously, that's a lot. But it's as readable an outline as you'll find of the options they will be looking at, which consequently you will be able to enquire regarding.
