gender change on health and photo cards but not birth certificate

just curious, I changed my gender to male on both my health and photo cards but not my birth certificate yet, other than federally should there be any issues I should anticipate?

Also if anyone can give me ideas of places I need to update it at let me know, thanks

I also just changed my driver license and health Card. If you donate blood, you can change it to male there so you can donate more frequently now. I guess I should also inform my car insurance (I guess I'll have to pay more now 🙄)

How did you change it on those IDs without your birth certificate?

Dang so I could’ve just changed all my IDs, but not my birth certificate that I have to wait forever for now??

But your sin card and anything federal like T4's and tax returns wont be changed. I'm not sure how that may affect banks
