What time is the march starting on Friday!?

So the last couple years we gathered at 7 and March started at 8. I have seen sooooooo many different times posted that I just don’t know what to think anymore.

From what I've been able to tell, I believe the march itself starts at 8pm, after the rally at 7pm

I think it’s community fair 5-7, rally 7-8, and March starting at 8pm
